Question 1

Is this a subscription?

Accepted Answer

No. Every pack is a one-time payment. Nothing renews and you are never charged again.

Question 2

Which pack should I pick?

Accepted Answer

Most people pick Trio: results vary a little with each photo, so three tries lets you keep the one you love. Squad is cheapest per video if you want one for every friend.

Question 3

Do I need an account?

Accepted Answer

Yes, a Google account. You sign in with one tap; there's no separate password to create. Your credits and videos are kept in that account.

Question 4

I paid. When do my credits show up?

Accepted Answer

As soon as Stripe confirms the payment, usually within a minute. You land back on the generator with your photo still there. If the balance hasn't changed after a few minutes, email us with the order number from Payments in your account.

Question 5

Do credits from different packs add up?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every pack adds to the same balance, and each video uses 1 credit no matter which pack it came from.

Question 6

Do credits expire?

Accepted Answer

No. Use them today or months from now.

Question 7

What if a video fails?

Accepted Answer

The credit goes back to your balance automatically and you can try again with the same or another photo.

Question 8

Can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

Unused packs can be refunded within 14 days, and unused credits in a partly used pack too. See the refund policy for details.

Question 9

How can I pay?

Accepted Answer

Checkout runs on Stripe: major cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay where your device supports them. We never see your card details.

Question 10

What currency am I charged in?

Accepted Answer

Prices are in US dollars. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts it at its own rate.

Question 11

Is there bulk or business pricing?

Accepted Answer

Not on the site right now; the Squad pack has the lowest price per video. If you need more, email us and tell us roughly how many videos.

Question 12

Can I use a pet or an original character?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A pet stays the same animal with its own fur and dances standing upright; an avatar or character you own works too. Photos of celebrities or anyone under 18 aren't allowed.

Question 13

Can I put several people in one video?

Accepted Answer

No, each video is one dancer. Group photos tend to mix faces up, so use one person per photo and make a video for each friend instead.

Question 14

Can I pick another song, dance or video length?

Accepted Answer

No. Every video is the same 14-second, vertical 9:16 Firestarter routine with the original sound. That fixed template is what keeps the moves and the glowing transformation consistent.

Question 15

Can I close the page while it's rendering?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Rendering happens on our servers and usually takes 3–8 minutes. The finished video waits for you in My Videos.

Question 16

Is there a watermark?

Accepted Answer

We don't add one. You download the video as a regular MP4 file.

Question 17

How do I post or share it?

Accepted Answer

Tap Download to save the MP4, or Share to get a link, send it to X, Facebook, WhatsApp or Telegram, or, on a phone, send the video file straight to TikTok, Instagram or your Photos. Videos stay private until you create a link.

Question 18

Can I use the video for ads or business?

Accepted Answer

The sound in the video is included for personal sharing only. For commercial use, replace it with music you're licensed to use. The song, K/DA and Riot Games characters belong to their owners; see the Terms of Service.

Question 19

Why would a video fail?

Accepted Answer

Sometimes the AI provider's safety or copyright check rejects a job, and an unclear photo can fail too. If the copyright check flags it, we retry once on our own. Either way, a failed video gives your credit back automatically, and a clearer photo usually works.
