Privacy Policy

SHIQI Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom ("we"), is the controller of your personal data. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use this website and its AI dance video generator (the "Service"), why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Account data from Google sign-in: your name, email address and profile picture.
• Photos you upload and the videos generated from them. A photo of a person is personal data, and may include their face.
• Purchase data: what you bought, amounts and order status. Card details are entered on Stripe's checkout page and are never stored by us.
• Usage and device data: pages visited, approximate location derived from IP address, browser type, and the cookies described below.

How we use it

• To sign you in and keep your account and credit balance.
• To generate your videos and show them in My Videos.
• To process payments and refunds, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it (aggregated analytics).

We do not sell your data, show your photos or videos publicly, or use them to train AI models. A video becomes viewable by others only if you create a share link for it; anyone with that link can watch and download it until you turn sharing off. Your original photo is never shown on the share page.

Who processes it for us

We share data only with providers that help run the Service:

• Google: sign-in, and Google Analytics.
• Stripe: payment processing.
• Kie.ai and the model provider behind it (ByteDance Seedance): your photo is sent to generate the video. Kie keeps uploaded files only temporarily.
• Cloudflare: hosting and storage of photos and videos.

These providers may process data outside your country, under their own safeguards.

How long we keep it

Photos and videos stay in your account so you can download them again, until you ask us to delete them or delete your account. Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Cookies

We use cookies needed to keep you signed in and remember your language, and Google Analytics cookies to measure traffic.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or delete your account, by emailing support@kdafirestarter.com. Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, Korea's PIPA or California law) you may have further rights, including objecting to processing and complaining to a data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office).

Children

The Service is not for anyone under 18, and photos of minors must not be uploaded.

We will update the date above when this policy changes.
