Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and its AI dance video generator (the "Service"), operated by SHIQI Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom ("we", "us"). By signing in or buying video credits you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy.

Independent fan tool

The Service is an independent tool that creates AI videos inspired by the dance in K/DA's "FIRESTARTER" music video. It is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Riot Games, League of Legends, K/DA or the song's creators. Those names are used only to describe what the Service does. Generated videos contain no footage from the official music video. Finished videos include a short excerpt of the original FIRESTARTER sound, synced to the moves, for personal sharing only; all rights in the song remain with its owners.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Service. You sign in with your Google account and are responsible for everything done under it.

How the Service works

• You upload one photo. Our AI providers use it, together with a fixed prompt and dance reference, to generate a short vertical video.
• Each generated video uses 1 video credit. Credits are bought in one-time packs, listed on the Pricing page.
• Generation is automated and results vary. We do not guarantee that a video will look a certain way, match the original choreography or keep every detail of your photo.
• If a generation fails, the credit is returned to your balance automatically.

Your photos: rules

You may only upload a photo if:

• it shows you, or a person who has given you permission to animate them, or a character you own or are licensed to use;
• the person in it is not a minor;
• it contains no nudity, sexual content, violence or hateful content; and
• uploading and animating it does not infringe anyone's copyright, privacy or publicity rights.

You may not use the Service to impersonate, harass, defame or deceive anyone, including making videos of public figures or celebrities, or to create content that could be mistaken for real footage in a misleading way. We may refuse, remove or report content and suspend accounts that break these rules, without refund of credits used.

Ownership and use of videos

You keep any rights you hold in your photo. You give us a limited licence to store and process it, and to send it to our AI and storage providers, only to provide the Service to you.

Subject to these Terms, you may download and use the videos you generate for your own purposes. You are responsible for how you use them. We grant no rights in third-party intellectual property, including the FIRESTARTER song, K/DA or Riot Games marks and characters. The sound in your video is included for personal sharing only; if a platform mutes it or you use the video commercially, replace it with music you are licensed to use. Label videos as AI-generated where the platform or law requires it.

Payments

Prices are shown in US dollars and charged once per pack through Stripe; there is no subscription. Credits do not expire while your account exists and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue the Service, its prices or these Terms. Price changes never affect credits you already bought. If we make material changes to these Terms we will update the date above; continuing to use the Service means you accept them. If we close the Service permanently, we will refund unused credits.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
