Refund Policy

Video credits are sold in one-time packs (1, 3 or 5 videos). There is no subscription, so nothing renews or is charged again.

Failed generations

If a video fails to generate, the credit is returned to your balance automatically, and you can try again at no cost. You don't need to contact us.

Unused credits: full refund within 14 days

If you haven't used any credit from a pack, you can ask for a full refund of that pack within 14 days of purchase.

Partly used packs

Within 14 days of purchase, we refund the credits you haven't used, at the per-video price of that pack. Credits already used to generate videos are not refundable, because each generation has a real processing cost.

Unusable results

If a generated video is clearly broken (for example corrupted, blank, or with no recognisable person), contact us within 7 days with the video. We will return the credit, or refund it if you prefer.

How to ask

Email support@kdafirestarter.com from the address you sign in with, including your order number (shown under Payments). Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, and usually arrive within 5–10 business days.

Refunds are not given for accounts suspended for breaking our Terms of Service, or for disputes where you filed a chargeback without contacting us first. This policy does not limit any rights you have under consumer protection law.
